cause its suppose to be PERSONAL.
so anyways..
the u-sl is decided last thursday.
and its none other than VONG CHERNG HAO!

had sectionals today during parade.
and ch conducted for most of it.
pracitised through jericho and overture.
the usual pieces, and yeah.
thats it.
